Common questions

I didn't receive my login email — what now?

Check your spam, promotions, and updates folders first. Most "missing" welcome emails are filtered there. The email comes from karla@empirebydesign.ai.

If it's been more than 10 minutes and still nothing, email support@empirebydesign.ai with the address you used at checkout and we'll resend it manually.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Log in to your portal at app.empirebydesign.ai, go to Account & Billing, and click Manage Plan. You'll be taken to your Stripe billing portal where you can switch between Lite and Unlimited or change between monthly and annual.

Existing intro members upgrade at locked-in pricing. New tier members upgrade at current public pricing. The portal shows you the right options automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in, go to Account & Billing, click Manage your subscription, and cancel from inside Stripe's portal. Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period.

What's the difference between Lite and Unlimited?

Both plans give you full access to every Empire feature — Content Studio, Coaching Suite, Brand Vault, Design Dashboard, the Persistent 6-Layer Memory Method™. There's nothing feature-locked on Lite.

Lite ($29/mo) has a generous daily usage allowance with a meter inside your portal. Unlimited ($69/mo) has no daily cap plus real-time astrology and HD gate transit coaching, transit indicators, and forward transit planning. See full pricing →

Is my data private?

Yes. Your brand profile, Human Design chart, astrology data, Brand Vault documents, coaching memory, and starred content are stored in a private, secure database. No other member can see your content or conversations. Empire runs through Anthropic's Claude API, which means your data is not used to train any AI models.

How do I become an affiliate?

Apply at our affiliate page. You'll earn 10% recurring commission on every payment from members you refer, paid monthly via Stripe. Free to join, instant approval.
