Where does my data live?
Your brand profile, charts, coaching memory, Brand Vault documents and starred content live in a secure, private database (enterprise-grade PostgreSQL via Supabase). Your data, your private space — no other member can see it.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Empire uses the Claude API by Anthropic. Your conversations, brand documents and strategy are never used to train models. It comes in, it's processed, it goes back to you. That's it.
Does it remember me between sessions?
Yes — that's the whole point. Your brand context is loaded from your private database before every response, so it always knows your voice, offers and audience. Not magic — good engineering.
Can anyone else see my sessions?
No. Every member has their own private space behind a personal access code. Karla can see platform usage data (like total tokens) but does not read your conversations or content.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access becomes inactive but your data isn't immediately deleted — come back and it's all still there. For formal data deletion, just email directly and it's taken care of.
