Both models run with your full brand context loaded before a single word is generated. This isn't prompt engineering you have to do yourself — it's built into the infrastructure.
Your brand profile, Human Design chart, astrology data, Brand Vault documents, coaching memory, and starred content all persist in a dedicated database. Every session picks up where the last one left off. You enter your information once. It stays.
Your birth details connect to dedicated Human Design and astrology APIs that calculate your exact chart — Type, Authority, Profile, Defined Centres, and planetary placements. This data is woven into every system prompt, so the AI isn't just aware of your design, it thinks through it.

Yes — that's the whole point. Your brand context is loaded from your private database every time you open a conversation. The AI doesn't "remember" you the way a human does — it reads your stored profile before every response. That's why it always knows your voice, your offers, your audience. It's not magic — it's good engineering.
No. Empire by Design™ uses the Claude API by Anthropic. When you use the API, your data is not used to train their models. Your conversations, your brand documents, your business strategy — none of it goes into anyone's training data. It comes in, it's processed, it goes back to you. That's it.
No. Every member has their own private space. Your conversations, your Brand Vault, your coaching history — it's all behind your personal access code. I (Karla) can see usage data for the platform (like total tokens used) but I do not read your conversations or access your content.
Your access becomes inactive but your data isn't immediately deleted. If you come back, everything is still there — your brand profile, vault documents, coaching memory. For formal data deletion, just email me directly and I'll take care of it.

Both plans let you create the same types of content — 30-day calendars, carousel sets, email sequences, launch copy, sales pages. There's nothing on Lite that's feature-locked.
The only difference is how much you can use the Content and Coaching tabs each day. Lite has a generous daily usage allowance (with a meter so you always know where you stand). Unlimited has no cap at all.
Your setup experience — the Blueprint and brand interviews — is always unlimited on both plans. That's your onboarding and it has no cap.
Unlimited members also get first access to new integrations and advanced features as they roll out.
Your daily usage is based on the size of your conversations, not a message count. A quick reply like "yes, try that" barely moves the meter. A big request like "write me a full 30-day content calendar for my coaching offer" uses more.
This means quick back-and-forth chats won't eat through your allowance the way a simple message counter would. The meter reflects actual AI usage, which is fairer.
You'll see a simple meter inside your portal showing your daily usage. It resets every 24 hours.
